  • Duplicate Charges : If a user is charged more than once for the same service or subscription in error, a refund will be issued for the duplicate charges.

Refund Method

Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for the original purchase. However, depending on your payment provider & it may take up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
